Both come with strong provenance. Russell was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds out of his hometown of Cincinnati but his best days were with the Texas Rangers where he is a member of their Hall of Fame. Ease note there are a few tiny holes on parts of the jersey where it was mounted in a frame but do not really affect the display. Comes with an LOA from Sports Investments Inc.
