RARE PROTOTYPE jersey 2012 New York Yankees THROWBACK/TBTC to 1912 size 48 with blank back. The final version of this jersey was worn on April 20, 2012 at Fenway Park vs. The Boston Red Sox for the 100 year celebration of Fenway Park. The final version of this jersey did not have a number on the back… The classic interlocking “NY” is sewn to the front of the left chest.. As well, this jersey only has 5 buttons at the top… Basically skips a button, and then there is button towards the bottom which would likely be tucked… Not sure if this is different than the final version which has 5 buttons visible in the photo. It has the Majestic Authentic tagging on the front left tail with a “48” flag tag sewn below. The MLB hologram JC052123 is above, and, the STEINER hologram 033116 is adhered to the tag. The inner left seam has the Majestic wash tag along with a unique fabric strip “YAN-RJ-TBTC-D1-3-1912″ sewn to seam nearby.
