On Opening Day 1975 OF Jerry Hairston was assigned number 2 and this jersey was originally issued to him. Buddy Bradford was issued 22. When Bradford was traded to the Cardinals on June 30, 1975, Hairston switched jersey numbers to Bradford’s number 22.
