Offered for sale is a Chicago White Sox game used dugout jacket from the 1971 to 1975 time period. Collar has proper Wilson tagging consistent with other game jackets rom that era. I have a Mears certified Wilbur Wood jacket the same as this example but the jacket being auctioned does not have the player’s number noted (usually written in laundry marker on the size tag). Jacket is a size 46 shows nice even use but no fraying of the cuffs or bottom waistband, Would make a great display piece from a colorful time in White Sox history. During the early 1970’s the Sox had players such as Dick Allen, Wilbur Wood, Goose Gossage, Bill Melron, Carlos May, Jim Kaat, Ed Herrmann, Jorge Orta, Pat Kelly and Walt “No Neck” Williams among others.
