This week I’m offering a number of collectible bsaseball items. These include various game worn jerseys. Here I have a very attractive item, a 1978 San Francisco Giants orange game worn jersey with a big number 25 on the back, prepared for infielder Rob Dressler just before his trade to the St. It may have been repurposed for use by other players or for use in the minors; Dressler’s name has been expertly restored. These colorful Seventies shirts remain very popular with collectors. The jersey is completely original, except the name restoration, with an embroidered number and year tag. Jerseys of the Seventies and Eighties are becoming quite scarce; they’re popular because of the distinctive styles many of them feature. It’s a size 40, manufactured by Wilson.
