Here offered is a vintage 1972 first year Atlanta Braves knit worn by Manager Lum Harris. This jersey is in excellent condition due to the fact it never was handed down and used in the minor leagues. Harris was dismissed from the team as manager about 40 games into the season and that was it for this jersey. Wonderfully preserved for over 40 years. I don’t think you’ll find as early a Braves knit in this condition. There are a couple stains due to possible storage but that is it. Certainly nothing to take away from the beauty of this jersey.
