Craig Biggio wore this Astros cap in 2002. Aside from being game-worn by a Hall of Famer, it is unique for several reasons. After his good friend Darryl Kile died in 1992 midseason, Biggio made this cap a tribute to Kile by writing his initials on the front and his number 57 on the rear. And inside, Biggio wrote D. The latter is a tribute to his. Friend and family priest, Monsignor James Jamail, who was dying of cancer. Initials written on this cap is photomatched to three baseball cards, which are included in this sale. As you can see from the photos above, the D. On this cap is identical to that in the card photos (note that two of the cards use the same photo).
