Straight from my collection and offered here for your consideration is a game worn/used 1979 Chicago White Sox Bill Veeck inspired collared jersey from former Palehose starting pitcher Ken Kravec. This jersey is a time capsule back to those late 70’s summer days when Bill Veeck introduced these classic/highly sought after jerseys. Jersey is 100% original, displays the proper Capital Ace size 42 manufactures tag in the collar, has a washed out 1979 flag tag, remains in fantastic shape showing nice even use with loose threads, puckered identifiers and none of the heavy beat to death recycled minor league abuse. Its also been my experience and in my opinion while collecting these classic jerseys over the past 10-years that both the Capital Ace and Rawlings versions are exceedingly rare with the Capital Ace version appearing to be even rarer than their Rawlings counterparts for whatever reason.
