The item for sale is a circa 1950’s Benny Bengough Philadelphia Phillies coach’s game used team issued jacket. Beautiful roughly 80 year old jacket showing Phillies Logo Patch on chest and Bengough’s #11 on the inside. Also autographed on the inside tail by Phillies HOFer Richie Ashburn. Comes with the original Hunt Auctions LOA signed by David Hunt who is the President of Hunt Auctions. Rare original Phillies relic. Benny Bengough played for the 1927 Yankees and was a coach for the Phillies from 1946 – 1958. He wore #11 throughout his Phillies coaching career. This beautiful jacket has been in a private collection for the last 13 years and is coming to the open market again for the first time.
