This amazing size 44 Russell vest shows great use, an apparent # change from #12 to #2 Sanders original # in Cincinnati was #12 worn in 1994 before switching to #21 in 1995 and 1997. Sean Casey claimed #21 in 1998 so a #12 was prepped for Prime Time in 2000 upon signing a Minor League contract in January of 2000. , and has Reds 2000 season property tagging. This jersey was most likely created for Sanders for the beginning of the 2000 season with #12. Deion did not make the 25 man roster out of Spring Training, BUT he did spend the first couple weeks with the Reds instead of reporting to Minor League Camp see Getty picture of him in dugout during 2000 Opening Day. In February of 2001 Deion once again signed with Reds as Minor League free agent.
