From the early 1980s, this white pullover jersey is the same style worn by the M’s during home games at the Kingdome from 1981-86, and is a size 44. It also includes the number 37 sewn to the jersey in 3-layer tackle twill on both the front and back of the top. In any case, this is a real period jersey, not a modern reproduction, and I’m not sure that these authentic tops were ever available for retail sale in those days.
