The size 7 1/8 hat is navy blue with the embroidered Mariners S logo on the crown and MLB logo embroidered on the back, and features uniform number 3 in black marker on the underside of the brim. A-Rod has signed the brim of the cap in silver marker, and has included the inscriptions 1996 All-Star and (Game Used). The hat comes with a Game Use certificate from Mill Creek that has also been signed by Rodriguez, which in turn comes with a COA from PSA (AB98559).
